it's Monday. I'm home. I started the day with water fast, until around 9 o'clock.
then I had a coffee with soy milk and a cigarette.
later at home I had watermelon.
I cut a whole watermelon today and I'm going to take it with me in a cooler with glaciers and a fork.
tomorrow I fly to Greece for a month.
I hope to work on my eating habits, running habits, lifestyle habits, smoking habits.
this is my main goal. not the trip.
I will run. I'll do power workout.
I have 7 days with 2 friends. and I might spend some days with another friend. but I'll have maximum 3.5 weeks alone.
I will listen to my stomach, share my thoughts, feelings.
except a daily session here, I might have a daily note on my phone between sessions and add it to the next session.
next year at school, I need my energy. I can't smoke and drink coffee before school.
I need enough energy for the day, I'll have to carry lots of fruit with me to school.
I might ask the principal to have a special class for healthy lifestyle.
I'll listen to health podcasts like the stop binging podcast and the vegan gym podcast.
I can't take with me a knife. I'll buy there but I'm afraid I won't be able to carry it there on the ferries.
maybe I should take with me a fork and a bowl for making salads.
I'll read books, I'll take walks, I'll run.
yesterday I took a 2 hours walk + 2 very short runs which I'm proud of.
Why do I want to achieve my goals?
I want to be healthy, I want a healthy body, a clean body, clean vessels, clean arteries, clean lungs, clean blood, clean thyroid, functioning thyroids,
it will feel good, vibrant, crucial, energetic, happy,
I'll be a good example and role model for other people,
more people would like to do the same things I do,
it will help the planet, the animals,
How can I achieve my goals? what should I do in order to achieve my goals?
I should listen to my stomach, not eat if my belly is working, digesting the previous meal,
eat slowly, choose healthy food. choose raw food. engage myself when I'm thinking about eating but I'm not hungry. not eating if I'm with friends who want to eat but I'm not hungry.
take a 1 hour walk daily, for the walk.
run 3-6 times a week for 10-30 minutes. start with 1 minute run. increase it to 30 minutes or 60 gradually.
have 3 times a week, let's say on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, power workouts.
eat leaves. drink water.
engage myself with other activities when I'm not really hungry although I think about food.
use writing. use a daily note between sessions and add it to the next one.
What are the obstacles?
me , my mind, my thoughts, the way I think, bad habits, destructive habits.
How can I overcome the obstacle?
a daily 40 minutes session of self-health coaching. I can lower it to 30 minutes when i'll see an improvement and keep it as long as I see that it helps.

exercising daily: 1 hour walk ,3-6 runs, 3 power workouts.
I don't know, it seems that the goals, the way to achieve them are mixed.
I want to run constantly and the way to do it is just do it.
What is my menu?
fruit 1, fruit 2, salad, cooked food
fruit 3, fruit shake, dried fruit,
nuts, sprouts, leaves,
water, juice, herbal tea,
chopped vegetables.
What are the eating rules I want to live?
eat slowly every bite.
eat when you're hungry.
listen to your stomach.
stop eating when it's enough.
throw the remains or save for another meal, or give it to someone, just don't eat the remains when it's enough to your belly, even if it's expensive or someone invested in making it.
