8:30 small mushroom pastry and small doinach pastry , big cream pastry

Pizza 4 cheeses and vegetables 

Fresh orange juice

22:00 pineapple orange juice , fresh

22:44 green smoothie: avocado pear spirulina spinach green apple

We got also some fresh and dry fruit and nuts

I've ordered pita with mushrooms and vegetables 

And coke and I have a cig

I'm not hungry but we talked that we will go to eat so I was attached to the idea that i’ll get this satisfaction


Not right thought: after my friend will leave I'll start the clean diet. No! Right now


There was some cheese in the mushrooms


The real me identified too much with my destructive thoughts like end this cig

eating when I'm hungry

way of implementing the lifestyle, tools:

every time I write what I eat, I should write whether I'm hungry or how much I'm hungry.

I need to remember this.

it's the end of Sunday, and since Thursday morning, 4 days ago, my life were so intensive and hectic I didn't have time to sit and update this blog, and so the diet looks hectic. old habits are back, unhealthy food, junk food, non vegan food, cigarettes are back, maybe not 3 a day but less but still.

The hectic trip is ending right now. 2 friends who came for a quick intensive trip I joined are leaving tomorrow morning and I'm in my own room/ studio apartment. and I'm gonna be alone for the next 10-11 days. so, I'm going to make it easy, slow and concentrate on my health.

I'm going to read every day: Raw Food Explained, Raw food e-books from the bundle, The Mind Illuminated, A new Earth, and so on.

I'm going to go back to meditations. maybe to runs?
