my goals:

to lose fat, to get fit, to eat healthy, to avoid junk food and poisons, to avoid:

wheat, sugar, oil, salt, alcohol, fried food, non vegan food/ animals products food, cigarettes, chocolate, coffee, tea, processed, refined, industrial. 

my desired menu:

high raw vegan, fruit meals, water, salads, green leaves, 

clean cooked cereals and legumes. some nuts, seeds. 

my way and tools:

eat when I'm hungry

eat slowly

listen to my belly stomach

be present

learn, read ( A New Earth, Raw Food Explained, The Mind Illuminated, raw vegan e-book from the bundle, awaken the giant from within, the power of the unconsciousness )

not to identify with the thoughts. the thoughts are not me. I can discard destructive thoughts once they pop up.

for example, thoughts about cigarettes, immediately to discard. think about the nerve energy the deplete and drain.
