15:37 there are 3 supermarkets near my new place. With fruit and vegetables.

I ate pizza slice, it's more than 1/8. And now I'll eat vegetarian burger in pita. I plan then juice with cig.

I have my own room/ apartment for 3 days. and it's a village. near the beach, near nature.

there are 4 supermarkets next to me, but also cheap junk food.

I rested today but it's 21:40 and I'm tired again.

it's hot. and the AC doesn't work. 

I didn't read for a while. and it's vacation. what will happen next year while working?

and when this trip is finished, I have a mission of moving to another apartment with my cat.

worries worries. I should concentrate in the present moment and find the joy. 

ok, I'm abroad, in Greece, in a beautiful area. I have my own room. it was expensive. but was is past.

they came to see the AC. tomorrow they will fix it. tonight I'm with the current temperature.

so, the question is what am I doing when the present moment is an inner suggestion for a cigarette, a pastry, a coffee, food when I'm not hungry? 

time is over when It starts to be interesting.

I should be more present, less identified with the suggestions who are just thoughts, no entity cares if I fulfill them? I want to say that they are just thoughts. I don't have to fulfill them. 





goals:

to eat more vegan

to eat more raw (fruit, fruit, fruit and green leaves salad)

to listen to my body and eat when I'm hungry

to stop eating when it's enough

how to get the goals:

lower gear

read the books

see the beaches I was recommended to see but to take it easy, I don't have to, it's my vacation

meditate

be honest with my body needs
