A climb walk
Cherries it’s 14:17
Too much walking
Orange juice fresh
16:31 bowel movement
Must rest, legs hurt
18:07 I made and ate a salad! Cucumber, tomato, avocado, half lime.
I ate burger in a bun and fries
Very tasty
It had vegan cheese too
It’s over
And I’m left with the void
Dessert? Something to drink? A cigarette? Or to stop pay and leave and move on ?

later i bought orange juice and smoke a 2nd cig. and walked a lot....

I think of a restaurant. a vegan restaurant. I didn't think at the beginning.
but after a friend sent me a picture I found it interesting.

can I eat without smoking? can I go out later and have fun without it?

I should keep walking a lot but not too much
I guess in the islands I'll have more nature so i'll feel more free to run.
not to eat before 12:00, try not eat after 20:00, stop smoking, stick to vegan diet,
make a salad every day, eat green leaves every day,
have power workout, push ups, squats, other exercises
avoid coffee, choose green tea, herbal tea, fresh orange juice.
avoid bread, wheat,
eat slowly, order small portions, buy fruit and vegetables, eat fruit meals, wait 30 minutes after a fruit meal.
drink water, fill the bottle, take water and fruit with you, take the dates with you.
