what did I eat + fitness?

4 rye bread hummus tomato arugula

- half vegan pie ( my partner wanted to eat)
I went to a lesson where there was food
I ate salad and wrap (and I should have stopped then) and a sugar cube kind of dessert
then another salad and wrap
then ice cream, strawberries, and 2 muffins
then my partner wanted to eat with me, he wanted us to eat together (although I wasn't hungry)
I ate v meat, rice, baked oiled veggies, salad,
then cig with green tea with v cream.
tomorrow's fitness is 1 hour at the gym + yoga at the pier.
