 What I ate on Monday + fitness?

1k run

f1: pineapple, 

coffee almond milk, cig

salad, boiled egg, vegan cheese, vegan pizza, 

2 oatmeal cookies.

Probiotics, b12

Cheese watermelon melon crackers hummus cherry tomatoes carrot broccoli sweet popcorn 

Walk

Salad+ hummus+ v cream cheese

Cookie of oatmeal herbal tea v cream cig


what food we have:

salad from the morning, apples, banana, frozen banana, water, herbal tea, green tea, 

almonds, brazil nuts, pistachio, cucumber, blueberries, pineapple, grapes, watermelon, 

leaves and more.


Tomorrow I hope to get a bike that I'm going to use to get around.

I ran 1k today. tomorrow a 1 hour power workout is planned at the gym and a 2k run on Wednesday.

the partner cooked and prepared the morning breakfast

otherwise I would try to turn to fruit, 3 meals a day.

I'm tired of feeling pressure in my belly rather feeling it loose.
