Walk
Salad+ hummus+ v cream cheese
Cookie of oatmeal herbal tea v cream cig
what food we have:
salad from the morning, apples, banana, frozen banana, water, herbal tea, green tea,
almonds, brazil nuts, pistachio, cucumber, blueberries, pineapple, grapes, watermelon,
leaves and more.
Tomorrow I hope to get a bike that I'm going to use to get around.
I ran 1k today. tomorrow a 1 hour power workout is planned at the gym and a 2k run on Wednesday.

otherwise I would try to turn to fruit, 3 meals a day.
