what is my workout plan for today?
500 m run
workout in the gym ( I registered a gym here yesterday)
I plan to read and learn about health
maybe to walk as well
I saw there's a library I can walk to in a 31 minutes walk distance.
maybe I can rent a bicycle as well.
17:33 I finally ran 0.5k.
I plan a 1k run on Saturday.
I made a table for all the runs during this summer. 3 a week.
gradually increasing to 10k run.
my partner bought foods that talk to me/ attract me/ pull me.
maybe it's good that they are in this apartment
I will get used to ignore their voices.
I'm going to learn about health now. with breaks between each 30 minutes study and then in 20:30 I have a work out at the gym.
