 what I ate today + fitness?

f1: piece of pineapple,

coffee almond milk cig roll with chocolate + v butter.

11:45 raspberries (f2)

12:28 pineapple (f3)

4 bread slices, 2 v yellow cheese slices, tomato, v butter.

13:54 2 bread chocolate v butter, coffee v cream cig.

power workout at the gym 1 hour

a big fall:

we drove

the bike is not ready

he asked should we go home now or stay in the city

he also bought tons of food for home preparing

so it seemed like there are not going to be restaurants 

and then I thought that restaurants/ vegan restaurants is something I enjoy 

so I'm to blame, I suggested a vegan restaurant 

we ordered 3 dishes to share ( v wings, v steak sandwich and v tacos) , it was expensive

at least I drink just little alcohol

didn't drank all my drink because we pay for it/ to finish

man, I must be more assertive

then he offered ice cream

I ate v ice cream , again we ordered 3 things...

big fall.

I felt bad and pressure in my belly when I went to sleep

I had also herbal tea and cig.

1 hour power workout at the gym


planned menu for today:

f2, f3, s

there are: frozen bananas, pineapple, blueberries, kiwi, watermelon...

salad: cucumber, leaves, lemon, tomato, peppers
