bike ride to the beach and back home.

stress\ pressure in the belly because of the watermelon

sleepy/tired but can't sleep. it's usually the cig that makes me sleep,

green tea

fast until the pressure is over/ walk


what will help to prevent it?

quitting smoking by leaving the cigs in the street each time

or

holding on. it happened at 4 p.m. I tried to wait. I didn't fall asleep...
