Wednesday food:

potato burekas, chocolate pastry, coffee soy milk cig

5 plums

baguette with hummus and salads, olives, pickles, chocolate cake, coffee soy milk

coffee soy milk and cig.

 


Successes and falls

Yesterday fall

I went tired to the gym

Survived 10 minutes

Then had big potato burekas with an egg

Today's morning fall

On my way to work

20:17 it's already 20:17. I'm not going to the gym like yesterday. 

I'm going to write, to read, to learn about health.

I allocated 10 minutes for this coaching

but I should write more

on the other hand I don't have enough energy to get up

to check what food I have at home.

I think that I should 

write everyday what I eat

ok. so I have a suggestion. I will open now a blog post for tomorrow. 

I prepared something.
