I have my own room/ apartment for 3 days. and it's a village. near the beach, near nature.

there are 4 supermarkets next to me, but also cheap junk food.

I rested today but it's 21:40 and I'm tired again.

it's hot. and the AC doesn't work. 

I didn't read for a while. and it's vacation. what will happen next year while working?

and when this trip is finished, I have a mission of moving to another apartment with my cat.

worries worries. I should concentrate in the present moment and find the joy. 

ok, I'm abroad, in Greece, in a beautiful area. I have my own room. it was expensive. but was is past.

they came to see the AC. tomorrow they will fix it. tonight I'm with the current temperature.

so, the question is what am I doing when the present moment is an inner suggestion for a cigarette, a pastry, a coffee, food when I'm not hungry? 

time is over when It starts to be interesting.

I should be more present, less identified with the suggestions who are just thoughts, no entity cares if I fulfill them? I want to say that they are just thoughts. I don't have to fulfill them.

it's the end of Sunday, and since Thursday morning, 4 days ago, my life were so intensive and hectic I didn't have time to sit and update this blog, and so the diet looks hectic. old habits are back, unhealthy food, junk food, non vegan food, cigarettes are back, maybe not 3 a day but less but still.

The hectic trip is ending right now. 2 friends who came for a quick intensive trip I joined are leaving tomorrow morning and I'm in my own room/ studio apartment. and I'm gonna be alone for the next 10-11 days. so, I'm going to make it easy, slow and concentrate on my health.

I'm going to read every day: Raw Food Explained, Raw food e-books from the bundle, The Mind Illuminated, A new Earth, and so on.

I'm going to go back to meditations. maybe to runs?

On Tuesday evening till Thursday morning I was traveling with someone so I didn't concentrated in healing myself. Yesterday I arrived to a new place which seemed challenging so I documented my food on Thursday but didn't do more.

Today, I opened a document and started to list the thing I do for my health.

I meditated for 1 hour, read 1 hour a spiritual book ( new earth), read 30 min raw food explained, 

and hopefully I'll devote 30 minutes more for reading and using the tools.

I should eat less ( or not at all) wheat

I should quit smoking, quit drinking coffee

stick to vegan diet

eat when I'm hungry

choose more raw food options. fruits, salads

tomorrow I plan meditating, walking to 2-3 beaches, eat 2 melons I have. ( i ate dates today)

I plan to avoid restaurants.

Since I have blisters, it will be hard to walk. any way, I start the day in my room. I did 1 hour meditation and I'm going to learn for 2 hours. then I plan to go out.

I have 16 apricots from yesterday and a whole watermelon from the day before yesterday that I have to finish by tomorrow night. 

the filters for the cigs are finished. good luck in quitting this.

I'm going to two accommodations that are called paradise. Maybe i’ll eat paradise diet there?

11:03 the belly is not loose. There is something inside.

14:06 the hosts welcomed me with 2 pieces of cake and orange juice. I added a cigarette.

15:04 I rested, still tired, it’s hot outside, but i’m in nature, and my belly is still full. I got a recommendation for a restaurant ( restaurants again) so I’m kind of find it hard to say no to food, like I just ate the cakes and drank the juice and to express my disliking the situation, I smoked. How distorted is that? If you don't want a cake, throw it. The same with juice.

If the dish u ordered is too big, don't eat it all. If you don’t like the food, or you like it a little, again you don't have to eat it all or eat at all.

what I ate today?

11:00 big spinach pastry, small apple pastry, coffee soy milk sugar, cigarette

I was starving and bought melon, tomato, lettuce, I ate 3/4 melon.





10 minutes free writing:

since I walked a lot my feet hurt. I have bubbles on the surface of my feet.

I'm moving to a place for tonight which is not far.

and tomorrow to an island and then to another crazy island for 5 nights and then I'll meet 2 friends and travel with them for 6 nights and then I plan to stay in 2 places, 2 cities till the end.

all these changes are challenging.

food, and fitness

it's 9:35. I  might fast till 12 or not. I have dates and some vegetables here: lime, cucumber, avocado.

I'll buy fruit. first I'll reach the new place. it's metro and a bus.

and then I'm free to walk with one bag or a small pouch.

I didn't run nor had yoga yesterday.

but I had only 2 cigarettes.

and 1 coffee.

what are my goas for today? what can I do today?

I can run

I can make a salad, buy tomato

I can buy fruit: cherries, apricot, banana, peaches, 

I can eat my dates

I can walk

maybe I shouldn't do yoga or power workout today. maybe I'll save it to the allocated days,

I can stop eating at 20:00. I can have a reminder at 19:30 that it's time to finish my eating. 

the problem is that when I'm back, on September, I need to eat during the day. ok, I'll eat then earlier.

I'm adding from now own photos of my body. 

17:08 at the moment my belly is bloated. maybe I didn't grind the melon enough but it's good that in some point I stope eating although the melon was not finished. and I found that there's a refrigerator in the room.

I plan a restaurant ( not good) but I have vegetables for a salad. maybe I'll chop them for tomorrow's ferry.

17:29 I'm full. the food is stuck in my body. maybe I miss leaves. I must keep changing my diet+ lifestyle. maybe I'm stressed because of the traveling. being out of my comfort zone.

12:12 water fast till now and i start with grapes and pineapple

Must rest, legs hurt

18:07 I made and ate a salad! Cucumber, tomato, avocado, half lime.

I ate burger in a bun and fries

Very tasty 

It had vegan cheese too

And I’m left with the void

Dessert? Something to drink?  A cigarette? Or to stop pay and leave and move on ?

later i bought orange juice and smoke a 2nd cig. and walked a lot....


free 17 minutes:

I think of a restaurant. a vegan restaurant. I didn't think at the beginning.

but after a friend sent me a picture I found it interesting.

it's 18:45 and I smoked once.

can I eat without smoking? can I go out later and have fun without it?

Tomorrow I'm leaving this hostel to a hotel in Pireas.

so, I can water fast again till I get to the hotel. I mean until 12:00 pm.

and them start with fruit.

what can I do to lose body fat and weigh 74 kilos? and live healthily?

eat less

listen to my stomach

(it's only to lose weight, I want to quit smoking and coffee)

try to smoke less

(there's corona in Greece, I don't want to have a weak immune system, so I should quit it)

I should keep walking a lot but not too much

I guess in the islands I'll have more nature so i'll feel more free to run.

not to eat before 12:00, try not eat after 20:00, stop smoking, stick to vegan diet, 

make a salad every day, eat green leaves every day, 

have power workout, push ups, squats, other exercises

avoid coffee, choose green tea, herbal tea, fresh orange juice.

avoid bread, wheat, 

eat slowly, order small portions, buy fruit and vegetables, eat fruit meals, wait 30 minutes after a fruit meal.

drink water, fill the bottle, take water and fruit with you, take the dates with you.

I'm going this morning to a free walking tour. it will take 2.5-3 hours.
I'm taking grapes, I can take the dates, I'll take water
I have a thought of drinking coffee and smoking before it start.
I'm not attractive on a dating app. I guess because of my extra fat.
I'm not getting sad because of it. I came here to refine my health habits.
a restaurant is planned for dinner with a friend.
today is Thursday, it's a power workout day. I don't want to give up. let's see if there's an outdoor gym in Athens.
it's not east to find. I'll look for later.
maybe it isn't called outdoor gym.
so, I don't mind not to meet other partners. I came here for my healing, my learning. just changing an environment, not to be in stress of sight seeing and seeing as much as possible.
I have the grapes. 
I should buy a knife. 
I have a cutting board, a plastic box, and a fork. 
I can buy vegetables and make a salad. even just for the sport, to buy 3 vegetables.
what kind of power workout I can do in my room?
I can do push ups, sit ups, plank, squats, 
maybe I can learn new movements. maybe I have here on this computer  a list of exercises.
how long will be the run today? 6 minutes. in the same park I guess, cause it's close.
how long will the power workout will take? at least 10 minutes as a start.
I have a restaurant, a run, a walking tour, a power workout, and I want to learn with my computer, 
so this day is full.
it's a problem that I want to share things that are not connected to health. more like a diary.
ok, I'll open another document in parallel.
I can eat bananas for lunch.
and buy vegetables for a salad. and a knife.
I should read about the damages of coffee, smoking, wheat.

so, In the morning I didn't have time to drink coffee and smoke. I went to a free walking tour where you get a tribe experience, and maybe get filled by that, fill a need, feel security for 3 hours until it's over and everybody spread.
any way, I didn't eat till 12:30 and then although I had grapes, I ate outside vegetables and then when I had time I fell into coffee and cigarette.
at least I didn't eat pastry. maybe although I didn't eat the grapes they helped not to eat junk food and non vegan food.
I met a friend. she's into health. she said she eat fruits and salad every day and she eat between 12:00 to 20:00 every day.
maybe I can do it.
we have plan for this evening. a vegan restaurant. 
so this day was full of activities. not so many voids.
I have a room for my own, AC. I walked a lot.
that friend took me to a supermarket where I bought the orange juice but also:

what about power workout today? excuses start to come up. I walked a lot, I need to rest, after the restaurant it will be late for that.
any way, I will rest now until the restaurant. I'll see later. I have 12 days to be alone.
I think I in 4 weeks I can get rid of 8 kilograms. so, If I was 95.4 when I started this journey, I hope to be, 87.4 kilograms when I'm back. and then, I'll have another month until September 5th, to lose 8 more kilos and weigh 79.4 kilos and than I'll lose more 6 kilos until the end of September and be then 74 kilos.
a good question to answer is what should I do today, this week, this month - to reach 74 kilos weight on October 1st.

Wednesday - 40 minutes self health coaching session + July 7


the note between the sessions:

I was hungry

I prepared a shake from some frozen berries

I unfroze green beans in order to start them with potatoes

But

A friend wanted to take a walk now

For the diet I should have said I can now do later or not together today 

I decided this time to eat something out and take the walk

I broke the rules once

I ate baguette with hummus and veggies. 22 nis. 

Had 1 hour walk

Bought expensive grapes and peaches

The green beans are unfrozen

After the walk I needed something sweet and was thirsty

I ate 3 peaches.

20:28 tired

21:28 very tired, my belly is full 

Wednesday

I started with a peach, mushroom burekas, cream pastry coffee soy milk cig

10:29 I'm at the airport

Passed everything this time.

J have 3.5 hours till the flight 

I have 2 more pastries

Since I passed everything and they are appealing, I'll eat them.

I started with a peach and then ate them. I feel like having coffee but I should get up and move with 2 bags for that so..

I'm at the airport. I'm flying to Greece for 30 days including today and the day I return.

here I am, not at my home, but I work. I'm having this session.

I plan a healing time. I want to have a flat belly and to quit smoking. I want to refine my nutrition and make it pure and clean.

1.       What did I eat yesterday + exercising?

yeterday I had a power work out at the gym for 1 hour and I went for a walk with a friend for 1 hour.

I don't have the list of what I ate yesterday. I'll try to be more organized.


do I need 40 minutes session every day? that's a lot, isn't it?

well, today yes. i don't think it make the situation worse yet. hopefully I'll need less and less time.


What are the obstacles?

the way I think, my thoughts, 

I'm repeating the same answers, so is it effective to write the same thing everyday?


How can I overcome the obstacles?

new habits. 1 hour walk, 6 times a week running. starting from today.

defining challenges. finishing eating on a specific hour, 

start to eat at a specific hour, start eating having fruit, waiting half hour before the next thing.

practicing yoga on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. having power workout on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.

making a salad, buying fruit at the supermarket.

sticking to vegan menu.

What is my menu?

fruit, fruit, salad, cooked food,

dried fruit, chopped vegetables, herbal tea

water, nuts, leaves, sprouts.

What are the eating rules I want to live?

eat when I hungry, eat slowly, grind every bite, close your eyes while having a bite, 

start the day with a water fast and finish the day with water fast, have a window of eating.

having a daily challenge, like: start eat at 11:00 a.m.

have a small/ medium portion in advance.

recognize when it's enough and stop then.

throw the left overs or save them for a later meal.


What is my fitness routine/ schedule?

today: a walk, a run, yoga

How can I achieve them? what should I do to achieve them?

I run 6 days a week.

I have power work out 3 days a week and yoga 3 days a week.

I eat fruit.

I make salad.

I have this daily self-health coaching session.


ok, I'm done with the protocol.

what is my challenge for today?

finish eating and smoking at 9 pm. sticking to vegan food. run, take a walk, do yoga.


after this session, I'll move for at least 10 minutes and then sit for maximum 1 hour. I'll use my tools, to learn and get inspired to healthy lifestyle.

I have grapes. I'm not hungry.

how long will I run today? 5 minutes? 10 minutes

will I smoke today? hopefully not.

I will do the yoga at my room

I might look for yoga classes and see how much it is.

I can do 10 minutes - 20 minutes yoga.

with the channel of yoga for men. 

yoga for beginner. hey, I don't have a yoga mat. what will I do? 

I'll use a blanket. 

tomorrow I have a power workout, I can do it outside. at a park. maybe there are devices.

 I need to buy a knife to chop the vegetables. I have a plastic for the salad. a fork.

I can go to the supermarket and buy cucumber, tomato, red pepper, lettuce, mint, parsley, 

green onion, cilantro, lemon, sprouts (sun flower sprouts, alfalfa). 

ok. 40 minutes are over. I think the free part of the session is better.

I also did 5 minutes run and arrive to a vegan place, empty

I take shawarma  in pita

Maybe because I don’t want to go from an empty place, maybe because it’s vegan, maybe both

But I need people and so I think of continuing to another vegan place near by.

I wanted a salad but the shopkeeper recommended me the pita again. so I took a pita with mushrooms and orange soda and smoked. 

these are poor choices.

there was a salad that wasn't so expensive.

I saw bananas in some markets and I should buy a knife.

I think from now on, I will have blog for each day. what I ate session will be organized.

I went to this vegan restaurant , the second one, but I ate junk food. these restaurants will not make me happy.

the hostel I chose wasn't the best choice. the neighborhood is not so good.

I opened a dating app and here I'm not attractive as well.

this holiday, I'm not expecting that restaurant will lift my spirit nor other partners.

I came here to clean my self. this city is not the best place. maybe this neighborhood. 

but I'll try to book better places for the continuation of the holiday.
