I don't know what's my weight and my belly circumference.
I started with herbal tea+ v milk and v protein yogurt + raisins.
I brought cucumbers and clementines
tonight there's dinner at a restaurant. I can skip the bread and eat hummus + salads.
for lunch I can have my cooked food. (soy chips, lentils and buckwheat)
I need to buy bananas, gather leaves, and buy apples.
last night I bought tofu, alfalfa, yogurts, tahini, and herbal tea.
my workout yesterday was 50 minutes.
for holistic treatment, I plan to study for my master's degree today and prepare the lessons for tomorrow.
I think I didn't smoke yesterday
the bad/strange taste in my mouth of the disease didn't completely pass.
but something happened with that disease. an appetite for more life.

tonight we're going to a restaurant.
I'm going to eat hummus, and salads and if they have vegetarian dishes, I'll have them as well.
