my goals are to eat more healthily, lose body fat, and help other people to do the same.
menu for today:
meals I can always make:
salad,
green smoothie ( v protein, green leaves, fruits)
baked sweet potato
steamed veggies: like broccoli
rice/buckwheat/quinoa+ white beans with tomato sauce
healthy noodles, tomato sauce, tofu
homemade hummus
v yogurt
homemade sandwich
fruits meal (clementines)
bananas + lettuce
drinks: water, herbal tea, homemade lemonade ( lemon, mint, maple), green tea, tea + v milk, coconut water, organic decaf,
desserts: dates + walnuts/ Brazil nuts/ pumpkin and sunflower seeds, dried mango/apricot/fig/pineapple/plum/ apple/ bananas/ cranberries/ raisins
bread + peanut + healthy jam, bread + healthy chocolate,
soup: vegetables, chickpeas, lentils
herbal tea ( green tea + mango)
cig, blueberries herbal tea from yesterday.
I finished reading
What I ate today:
v yogurt
sandwich with avocado salad ( that included eggs), potato burekas, chocolate burekas, coffee almond milk,
about 3 clementines
I didn't go to the dining room of the college
I arrived home and ate 2 oranges
then walked the dog
then prepared and drank: green v protein smoothie ( banana, apple, v protein, and parsley)
for later I have avocado, bread, soup, and to make a salad).

today I don't have much time.
I'm starting to study for the next test next Thursday.
I have 2 lessons to give
a meeting
to clean and tidy
to walk the dog
