v yogurt, raisins, half a slice of bread, chocolate, from coffee v milk, from a cig

clementine

falafel, fries, a slice of bread, chocolate, coffee from the morning + v milk. cig. 

20:00 v protein, cilantro, 4 bananas smoothie.


menu:

bananas, lettuce, an apple, an orange/a clementine

green protein smoothie (bananas, cilantro, parsley)

soup (with lentils)

green salad


water

buy potatoes, cooked chickpeas, pumpkins, cook vegetable soup

make a green protein smoothie with bananas, cilantro and parsley

make a green salad with cucumbers? carrots, radish, tomato, lemon, tahini

dates + walnuts, 

herbal tea (blueberries, lemon ginger, Tilia)

I have work to do ( prepare a lesson, check tests), then 4 lessons to give ( one is one on one), 

then home, to walk the dog, and then I'm free till Wednesday. I plan to finish checking the tests, go to the gym, maybe have some fun, and of course study for the tests on Thursday.

I'm home. I have 2 obligations: checking tests and studying for the tests on Thursday. I need to walk the dog as well. She needs to run. unfortunately, it seems it's going to rain. 

If I have time, I'll go to the gym today, and maybe have some fun.

I plan to (let me update the menu, or check if it's updated) eat and prepare:

soup, smoothie, and a salad

fitness. I must work out. of not today, tomorrow for sure, I'll go to the gym.
