I bought cookies and chocolate as a substitute for cigarettes
but I eat of them too much.
I finished the soup I cooked
I have ingredients to prepare another soup.
I can buy and add pumpkin, zucchini, tomato, mushroom powder, vegan soup powder,
The flu, in which I didn't smoke, was a time of cleansing.
I ate much less
I drank water
I started to eat late
I listen to my body
I let my stomach rumble and didn't rush to eat
I wondered if I lost weight
and yesterday, a colleague told me that I lost weight!
How do I keep it?
