my goals: eat more healthily and lose body fat. 

tips:

listen to your belly

keep in mind the goal (losing weight, weighing 74)

you don't need much food

listen to your chest, belly, 

no smoking

no coffee

cook food

make sandwiches

make salads

make protein green smoothies

eat fruit, dried fruit, nuts, 

herbal tea, fresh juice, coconut water, water, homemade lemonade, 

run

walk

run walk

hike

exercise

go to the gym 3 times a week

go to yoga lessons

write everything you eat

I took the dog and aimed to reach the beach

then I saw homemade food/ cooked food 

and stopped to eat

my goals:

lose fat, eat more healthily

how?

maybe I should have a constant list and just update it?

1. run 3 times a week-

I'm finishing a disease. I hope to return to running this weekend. meaning, on Friday. 

2. 3 times a week power workout at the gym.

for the soul, I should do it in Tel Aviv.

3. eat green leaves

I ate parsley today and added it to the protein smoothie

I should pick Mallow. especially when I'm out with the dog.

4. I should weigh myself daily

5. I should rest and take naps
