then I saw homemade food/ cooked food
and stopped to eat

maybe I should have a constant list and just update it?
1. run 3 times a week-
I'm finishing a disease. I hope to return to running this weekend. meaning, on Friday.
2. 3 times a week power workout at the gym.
for the soul, I should do it in Tel Aviv.
3. eat green leaves
I ate parsley today and added it to the protein smoothie
I should pick Mallow. especially when I'm out with the dog.
