eat 3 fruit meals a day

consume vegan protein every day

listen to my belly

avoid bread, sugar, chocolate, pastries, fried food, eating out, cigs.

sweep the floor

weigh yourself, measure belly circumference

read OA text, Cheeke's book, learn about nutrition and health

avoid cigs

avoid cigs tomorrow morning 

meditate

drink water

eat more fruit and veggies

cook veggies:

steam broccoli

bake sweet potato

cook: carrot, onion, potato, pumpkin, celery, lentils, tomatoes, zucchini, 

make a vegetables soup
