I ate a salad

finally, a salad with leaves, 2 lettuce leaves, and sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, 

I overdid the sauce: tahini, mustard, soy sauce, and olive oil. 

but it was delicious.

I'm tired. I gave a lesson and almost fell asleep.

I should go to sleep early.

tips for me to lose weight and eat healthily:

eat more fruit and vegetables

buy a blender, make green smoothies + protein powder

make 2 salads a day

cut fruit

cut vegetables

cook, boil, bake, and steam vegetables

make vegetable soup  with lentils

keep not buying bread

eat more green leaves. You know they help. You remember improvement in your health when you ate bowls of salads.
