my goals:

eat healthily, lose body fat, and help others do the same.

what will help me?

I listen to my belly

I make a salad every day

I eat green leaves every day

I go to the gym 3 times a week for 40-60 minutes.

I run with the dog as I wear shoes when I walk her.

I eat Brazil nuts, I buy flax seeds, I read about health, I read OA content, 

I weigh myself, I measure my belly's circumference, 

I do chest exercises, I do push-ups, 

I do grounding

I clean and tidy my apartment

I pray

I drink water, herbal tea, and homemade lemonade.

I meditate

I listen to my belly

I eat when I'm hungry and I choose healthy whole plant foods
