I started with potato burekas, mushroom burekas, chocolgte pastry, coffee soy, cig.
then 1:30 gym.
I cooked quinoa and red (orange) lentils.
I have some fruit: clementines, a pomegranate and bananas
I plan to walk today, 1 hour
I plan to make and eat a salad of 2+ veggies.
I plan to eat 3 fruit meals
today is my day off but I have work and studies and other things to do
I'm thawing pea to add to the quinoa and lentils
I soak dry pea to cook tomorrow
let' see how long should I soak it?
