1st update - 10 minutes

I started with coffee almond milk, from a cigarette,  half spelt pita bread + chocolate

before that there were morning prayers, 20 minutes meditation.

tips for today:

I wrote on a note:

keep your belly released

I have enough of my food.

today's the race. 

my belly's bloated. there's stress

it's an off day. I have an errand in the morning 

and the race at night.

I should eat my fruit: apples, plums, mango, clementine, 

I have vegetables: cucumber, tomato, pepper, lettuce, parsley/cilantro, 

In general I should be active, walk, ride the bike

maybe runs are too much for me right now

there's no change, basic change

what can help me to make a basic change

"progress is made where you get out of your comfort zone"

what should I do to make a basic change?

I mean even when I quit smoking for 2.5 months, the problem wasn't solved

I'll read the 12 steps, I'll get inspired, I'll learn about health and nutrition topics

all I can do is devoting my time for the helping tools

that hopefully will take me out of the vicious cycle

another thought I had

there's the prefix for every action I do of:

my belly's released/ not released

but I can also write: I'm doing the best I can to change, to get fit, to eat healthy

I can try that as well

what is my next step after this update? to read, to use the helping tools

I have a prose book. is it a waste of time in my condition?

not good

I took the sick cat to the vet who gave be bad news

I had to eat about it

I met a friend

who eats burekases. we ate, drank coffee and smoked.

the note, I don't know where is it, 

I remembered that it's there

the note that says: I have food at home

didn't change

maybe it's a beginning that I thought about it

but it didn't change the consequences this time.

I fucking have a race tonight

I added another errand that make me ride the motor scooter to the race

I think I'll cancel it

I don't need and want too much pressure

I thought to take the train to race

I did it. postponed the errand.

I'm not used to it but maybe the CoDA meeting I had yesterday encouraged me to change my behavior.

I might take a nap sometime

I have avocado, mango, lettuce, 

i can make a mango, parsley/cilantro tomato lettuce salad. that's an amazing nurturing healthy combination.

I made that salad

and I ate most of eat: mango parsley lettuce half avocado cucumber tomato

I cooked also brown rice+ mung beans

I ate now 2 plates of the dish + soy sauce + leftovers of the salads.

I have a race in 2:10 hours. 10k. we'll see.

now I'm full. 

I read raw explained -it was heavy

I read nutrition topic of good foods for food guts and it was amazing. it felt helping. 

found there that wheat rye and barley aren't good for the good gut bacteria.
