1st update
I started with rye bread butter chocolate coffee almond milk cig
I brought to school: quinoa+ orange lentils I cooked yesterday
with sauerkraut
I brought tomato + raddish for a 2+ salad of veggies
I brought about 2 clementines
I use getting help by giving You gifts which i write on a special paper of gifts and put in a special envelope called G-d's envelope. got this idea from CoDA where they talked about G-d's box that I might use later.
Someone told me I got fatter. I'm trying to have 1 hour of walk a day.
