I rode the bike to the gym and worked out 1 hour
then bought 3 pastries
ate potato+mushroom burekases at home with cucumber + tomato, chocolate pastry, coffee almond milk
and cig
at school
although I brought bananas and apples
I bought and ate roll with avocado, cuscus with vegetables soup
then chocolate pastry, coffee soy milk.

what will help me?
now I have almost 1 hour at work, free hour till the last lesson.
I'm using the tools.
at home, I need to wash the dishes and make a basic organizing
I cooked chickpea yesterday. I can prepare tahini, with lemon, and add parsley, cilantro, cumin.
I should add paprika to my shopping list.
I have salad from Friday. seasoned with lemon only. maybe it's good maybe it's bad. it has been more than 24 hours since I made it. so maybe I'll just throw it and make another salad.
I need to organize the fridge. there is a lettuce that changed its shape.
I should check the persimmons, and see if there's soft edible persimmons.
