I ate an apple in school
and after I finished teaching, I ate free food:
2 dishes of green beans and 2 of cereal ( Ptitim)
at home: half pita, chick pea I cooked, raw tahini, tomato
then half pita with chocolate, coffee almond milk and cig.
then I slept
rode to a spiritual lesson
where I brought 3 bananas and ate 1
I also ate: blueberries, about 3 pies of beans and starches + sauce, 2 cookies with chocolate, vegan, made of almond flour
2 potato samaosa+ sauce
and now my belly's full
I take antibiotics these days
my belly's is full for many days now
I don't give it a break
G-d, please help me give my belly a break of digestion by less eating. Thank You, amen.
