 first update, 8:50, 10 minutes

I started with hala bread chocolate coffee almond milk cigarette

I brought to school plums, salad from Friday and my cooked food.

I'm in school till 17:15

I must eat only when I'm hungry

avoid getting charged because of students

look inside me, how can I change to make them how I want them to be

after work I have an errand

maybe a fun meeting

gym 1 workout is planned for today.

I thought I worked out 3 times last week this is why last night I didn't go there

but I worked out only twice. I'm sorry about it.

this day is long

the next "holiday" is Tuesday after school

I'm taking it easy

hour by hour

I got used to this new workplace

and my work is controllable

I'm working on improving its quality

I have the 3 supplementary courses I need to promote my level

it's also under control

I can breathe, relax, just work

still have other things to deal with

for example relationship

but I found a new way to deal with it.

what reminds me I need to make a phone call.

I have plums, I have  cooked food in the freezer

a salad for today

pomegranates

tofu - I need to change the water today, and I can add it to the cooked food

half avocado 

another tofu

I should add tofu for each cooked food
