1st update
I started with coffee almond milk sugar half spelt pita bread chocolate from cigarette
I ate fruit 1: 2 clementines
I brought to school my cooked food: pea brown rice mung beans soy sauce
I have more 2 pears, 2 clementines.
The race is behind me
With Your, G-do’s help, I ran 10km last night, non-stop.
Walks and ride bikes are better for me
But, on the other hand, I saw so many runners
I will run where there’re other runners
Like the promenade.
How can I lose weight?
I eat too much
I should keep using helping tools that work
Like getting inspiration, learn about health and nutrition topics like I learn yesterday that even rye is not good.
I will complete 3rd gym sometimes till Saturday night.
