eating +fitness plan:

run (2 rounds of the square), 

kiwi, pears, frozen banana, salad.


What I ate today?

 I had a bowel movement but it feels like my belly is not empty

it seems that I have another meal to process, to digest and to empty/release/ shit.

yoga would be probably good to my stream/ flow through the body/ the GI tract.

1: some frozen banana

2: eggplant mayo, tahini, hummus, chickpea, pickle, pepper, melon, chocolate cookie, white wine, potato mayo.

3: 3 kiwis.

4: 1 plate at home

5: 1 plate at the synagogue

Nothing at the bar

6: 

I wasn’t hungry but wanted to eat. 1 plate at home + pistachio, chips, frozen banana
