how do I do it? eat less

don't eat at night, drink water, eat veggies, cucumber, bell pepper, carrots, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, green leaves. these should be my chips. kohlrabi, radish , etc.
walk, stand, move, break the sedentary session by being active, house work or the 3 rounds run.
if you're not running today, prepare yourself mentally for a run plus power workout tomorrow.
learn about health, read some articles, like yesterday, about male celebs' diets.
