 What I ate+ workouts, was I hungry, number of meal, did I recognize when i'm starting to feel full? did I stop eating?

Probiotics

B12

1: almond milk , pear, cornflakes, cinnamon cereals

2: pear, falafel, fries,, 3 cookies, chocolate croissant, some cream cake, some decaf coffee

3: watermelon, 

4: celery, carrot, chips, 2 buns with v hot dogs, half v hot fog, v ice cream.



10 minutes tips for myself for today:

you're overweight

I'm overweight

I should listen to my body

I should have water if I want to eat but I'm not really hungry

the menu for today is: pears, watermelon, grapes, salad, cucumbers, water, probiotics 2

fitness plan for today: if I'd like 3 rounds at the square

start your day with water till hunger

then eat fruit and return to water fast

I'm like a balloon. I need to deflate this bloating

how do I do it? eat less

one plate

don't eat at night, drink water, eat veggies, cucumber, bell pepper, carrots, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, green leaves. these should be my chips. kohlrabi, radish , etc.

walk, stand, move, break the sedentary session by being active, house work or the 3 rounds run.

if you're not running today, prepare yourself mentally for a run  plus power workout tomorrow.

learn about health, read some articles, like yesterday, about male celebs' diets.
