What I ate today?
almond milk + cornflakes + cinnamon cereals + figs + pear+ kiwi.
2: salad, 7 potato burekas tahini pickle olives tomato orange juice 2 oatmeal raisin cookies.
3: Apple soda, 1 potato burekas, 3/4 v pizza, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, orange cherry juice.
4: bamba halva
Going to sleep full and digesting. I should go to sleep with loose belly
I should have chosen pears kiwi and the frozen bananas
I'll tomorrow to turn them.
tips for today:
say out loud "I'm full" when I reach the point of being full.
in the future I'll step forward to stop eating in that point.
go to the gym.
there are pears, kiwi, grapes as the next meals for today.
there's still salad from yesterday.
