What I eat + workout?

I will ride the bike today twice. and tomorrow 4 times.
I can run 1 round around the square.
I have 4 more days here.
we have celery, tomatoes, bananas, figs, blueberries, blackberries
many times we eat because my partner is hungry
but then it's not only that I eat when I'm not hungry
I end up eating more than him
I digest all the time
I don't let my stomach time to rumble.
it's a thought to just break free until I get home and there to start my diet as my partner say he will do when I'm gone.
but, I shouldn't wait 4 days and eat a lot
I should try to do my best in every given minute.
no matter in which continent I am or whether I'm in the sky flying.
in addition to the food at home, today and tomorrow there's going to be food at the synagogue.
I should just taste. exactly. when there's a buffet, an unlimited amount of food, I should just taste. enjoy once.
