we didn't register for the gym on Sunday

I can run outside and do power exercises at home

I gained weight 

I bought scales and returned to weigh myself

there's watermelon at home, a melon, apples, pistachios, leftovers of Indian food: rice, lentils, cheese with vegetables

I should dedicate time today to my work at health-promoting

thus, I'll absorb/ consume health content

in addition, I must write down everything I eat. 

regarding runs and power workouts, I can decide that 

on Sun, Tue, and Thu it's my power workouts day, and on Mon, Wed, and Fri it's my run days.

so, today it's Tuesday, it's my power workout day.
