then, 2 small chocolate snack bars, coffee v milk, cig.

I should quit dairy, quit smoking, quit coffee, quit emotional eating, choose substitutes
stop dragging myself
I gained weight since I started this process
this is the end of the 4th week.
tomorrow I'm starting the 5th week
I was supposed to lose 2 kg by tomorrow morning.
I should run 3 times a week
I should do push-ups at home 3 times a week
this evening we are going to a dinner
I must eat just a little, like one plate or to taste something
and not take seconds
if it's not tasty I shouldn't continue eating it.

I should buy lettuce and add it to each meal
Baby leaves are a good option too.
