I had a mango smoothie

coffee creamer, a cig

today, I plan to register for a gym

and purchase scales

last week was crazy. I had a big test. I had 2 flights. and today, is Sunday, a new week, I have goals. I want to measure my weight daily as well as my waist circumference (twice a day).

I want to go to the gym 6 days a week for cardio and strength training.

I want to listen to my body and belly

and eat healthy foods in a healthy way

I'm at home now with a dog and a cat, but I should consider working in the library at least for 2 hours

is it open on Sundays? no. 

I should make a salad every day

I should go shopping and buy fresh produce 

I should write on this blog a few times a day

everything that I eat

I need to know what's my goal for this week. this is week 3.
