I weighed my weight today. it's 97.4kg

this is the 3rd week of my process.

I've started at 96.8 kg

It means I gained weight - 0.6 kg instead of losing 1.5kg

my starting waist circumference was 110.9cm and it's 111.3cm, meaning my waist circumference increased by 0.4mm instead of decreasing.

I live with a partner nowadays

it means it's different now

I need to take it into account 

so what are the tips I can give myself?

shut my mouth, not mention desires, and thoughts about cravings because they can resonate with encouragement.

walk more

eat slow

turn to fruit and vegetables

avoid food in the morning and before bed

drink more water, turn to water with ice cubes

buy lettuce and eat the bananas with them
