7:51 update

I didn't sleep much at night, because I had to wake up at 4:27am to drive my friend from the airport

when we return I had this coffee and couldn't sleep

I finished the workouts for this week

I'll have to take home from my friend, the food that I bought, home.

writing exercise: how do I want my life to be when I'm 45?

I keep exercising on a regular basis, 3 workouts at the gym + 3 runs a week.

I listen to my belly

I weigh 74 kg, I'm thin slim energetic, shredded, ripped, 

I can do 10 pull-ups in a row

I run 10km 3 times a week

I make salad every day, I eat green leaves, omega 3 source ( ground flax seed/ walnuts)
