I worked out today. it's already Tuesday, and only today I went to the gym
my belly is full at the moment, my energy is low.
I plan to run 3.0km today. besides the Zoom at 5pm, I don't have any other plans with other people.
i plan to read, watch YouTube, take a walk, throw the garbage, withdraw money, do a writing exercise, read The journey, Escape, Cheeke, Eating, be on Instagram, and use the People helping tool.
oh yea, I have lots of plans for today,
finally, I tidied the apartment
until the apple I've just eaten, I had a bad day of eating
but
I cooked 3 pots:
green beans, potato, and rice+lentils
I'm glad
and I did shopping and bought: bread, apples. melon, watermelon, lemons, tomatoes, cucumbers, baby leaves, red peppers,
I'm tired but drinking coffee (not that I have, I just have black tea), is not the solution but rather one of the causes of my health problems.
