2 run-walks

planned: 1 power workout, 1 run-walk, 1 yoga.


all I ate today:

potato burekas 

chocolate pastry

espresso almond milk

from a rolled cig.

11:02 a peach, an apple.


falafel, fries, ketchup, coke


chocolate cake, decaf milk cig


I finished the fries + ketchup 


20:15 orange juice, a cookie.





menu:

4 mangoes, 1 peach, 1 apple

dates, walnuts

tomatoes, half sliced cucumber?

rice bean soy chip dish I cooked on Monday

milk cornflakes

tea, herbal tea (tilia, mint, blueberry)

water

ice

carrot, bread, tofu?, tahini


goals:

lose body fat

eat healthily

keep the fat off

help others do the same.
