Tomorrow is a new week, and 3 gym and 3 runs is the plan.
There is yoga on Mondays but not next week.
I'm spending my time alone
it's not bad
chatting with friends a little
I'll go to the synagogue today and have company
I use the motorbike and not my bike.
I want to go to the beach, but don't know when
tomorrow I'll look for a dentist and on Monday have a blood test.
I feel the extra fat
I started a new thing with a friend!
we have a shared document and everyone declares 1 thing to work on the following week.
for the next week, I chose smoking.
I should journal, and write about my relationship
or talk to a smart friend
I'm going to go to the beach now, and read HHH (hope, help, and healing ) and the Optimistic Body
my first goals:
eat healthily and lose fat
I should take food with me, if I want to avoid eating out.
I can take dates, grapes, a mango will be messy, I should eat mangoes at home,
I can make a sandwich, but I'm lazy
I should thaw bread
I can eat now but there is stress in my belly.

I smoked my last cig
I ate a lafa bread with hummus fries and salads
my belly is full. there's pressure
I succeeded to eat an apple today
I'm tired now
I'll wake up at 7
after work I will check a dentist
I have work at 4pm then I'll work out.
I deal with issues in relationships.
that's shitty to go to sleep with stress in my belly
it will take time till this pressure will lessen
let me see the work I have tomorrow
i found a new way to see my work. less than it is. easier than it is.
I need to get used to a life without smoking, without numbing my sensations by smoking.
if i want to succeed in my weekly task.
this is crazy. it's hard to function with this stress in my belly.
I'll listen to RFH now in bed. and wake up at 7 a.m.
I'll go straight to work. then dentist. work. sports.
Monday - blood test, work, lesson, restaurant.
Tue - work, dinner.
Wednesday - work. holiday.
I must choose my food.
