I'm back in Israel. I'll be back to work on Sunday.
I went to the gym today, and did shopping for groceries.
the sleeping is not balanced yet because of the jet lag.
I want to get back to running.
I should cook and make a salad.
I also have protein powder.
I was busy with errands
and should also make time for content consumption today.
listening to my belly is very important.
at the moment, it's not loose.
so, I should fast.
bought hummus in pita but I was strong enough not to add an egg.
I was strong enough to choose plant-based milk for the coffee. I also bought an oatmeal milk.
and coffee, not organic.
I live alone now. so there, I didn't live by myself but was influenced by my friend's eating habits.
and here, I live alone and am free to skip meals.
