I went to sleep at 22:30, hoping to wake up at 6:30 for a run. I didn't sleep during the day yesterday so I expected to sleep the whole night. but, the jet lag is still there. I woke up at 1 am and stayed awake at least till 3 and something.
6:30 a.m. was too early
I slept more
I had a coffee with oatmeal milk and cig, a banana
I didn't stop at the bakery on my way to work
at work, I had 2 dates, 2 bananas, and 2 lettuce leaves.
I have more bananas and lettuce for this day. I'm supposed to finish at 13:40.
I'll run today, A spiritual lesson that was supposed to happen today might not happen and this is food for the soul. so, I'll look for an alternative. maybe I'll meet a friend in Tel Aviv. Maybe I'll run in Tel Aviv promenade.
I'll eat my cooked food. I'll listen to my belly
I have 2 more cigs in the pack
I'll stop eating when it's enough
and put the leftovers in the fridge
I'll try to consume company today
my colleagues actually offered me to sit with them and I refused
and I can speak English with them
I'll do it after the 2 lessons I'm going to give in 4 min.
I might dedicate 1 hour for run walk today.
and gradually I'll make it a whole hour of running.
