I wanted to eat fruit at lunch
but my friend although he agreed, cooked
and I ate his food
and there was pasta left
and we ignored the leftovers of the rice + lentils I cooked
and I thought that the same future was waiting for the pasta that was left so I ate it
and after the meal, I was taught to take a walk, and my friend wanted to give me a ride
and when we returned home, he suggested ice cream and I agreed
and I read today that bloating, what I have at the moment, is connected to insulin, and fasting, and I understand that since I eat too much, and do not let my GI tract to rest, I'm bloated.
you see, I'm tired now after all this food.
Just one more thing
