I ate small vegan ice cream
I smoked 2 cigarettes so far
I drank 3 coffees
I ate out Thai food: fresh rolls, papaya salad, tofu+ rice+ veggies dish
I ate a chocolate bar - keto
I ate quinoa + leaves + tomato
I ate 4 slices of bread: 1 with nut spread + tomato + leaves, 2nd with cottage cheese+ tomato + leaves, 3rd+4th with garlic cheese+ tomato + leaves
I ate berries I found
I'm now having chamomile herbal tea
I plan to cook tomorrow morning
tomorrow I have 2 flights from the afternoon till early morning.
my first goals:
eat healthily
lose fat
help others in this.
be vegan, promote veganism.
what will help me with that?
I think, I can start with 3 times a day, to write in this blog directly.
I ate this evening, I'm not sure because I was hungry
I wanted to taste again, or to enjoy again the taste of the food I cooked yesterday.
