Water should be always available, I should always take water with me and drink when it’s needed
I should aim to reach loose belly and preserve it by avoiding excess eating.
I can meditate, at least 10 min. The app that show how many days I meditate in a row helps and encourage to meditate at least 10 minutes a day.
