goals: eat healthily, lose fat, help others, save the world.

tips for me:

run today, at least do a run-walk for 10 min

go to the gym today, at least for 10 min

make the runs and the gym routine actions like brushing teeth

cook

make salads

eat the plums, the watermelon, the apples, eat what there is at home, don't buy food out before that

listen to your belly

don't hold urges to poop

sit straight

stand in front of the laptop

grow fruit and vegetables

eat leaves, eat a head of lettuce a day, try to have an organic lettuce

cut the watermelon in advance

wash the boxes and fill them with cut watermelon

make a salad in advance

don't use leaves that are brown a little
