1st update 8:55
Good morning. I said
I will quit smoking
Quit coffee
And update 10 times a day here.
We have apples, clementines, energy bars, water.
I should do 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups.
I should journal.
I should try to get a nap.
Maybe meditate.
My goals: eat more healthily, lose fat, keep it off, and help others do the same.
2nd update, 13:45
For breakfast, I ate an open sandwich of Avocado and boiled egg, fresh leaves, tomato, and cucumber, and half mushroom omelet. In another place, an eclair, coffee with milk, and a cig.
We are now on the train. It has just started the tide to Bucharest.
I've just eaten a chocolate energy bar.
I should eat more fruit and vegetables and exercise.

My partner ate another energy bar, asked me if I wanted to have one too, and I refused.
When we arrive at Bucharest, we plan to go to a restaurant where we've gone 7 years ago. It’s a Mediterranean restaurant.
