1st update, 17:50.
my goals:
eat more healthily, lose body fat, keep it off, and help others do the same.
how's it going today?
not so good. I eat out. I eat dairy. I eat bread, pastries,
I smoke less
I move less.
next week I'm flying from Friday to the next Saturday.
I need to rest. I need to relax. Shabbat ended but I worked.
I have a headache. I'm taking antibiotics. till Thursday morning.
I think it's a strong medicine. I'm not supposed to eat dairy, be exposed to the sun, and lie for 2.5 hours after taking that twice-a-day pill.
I should also drink plenty of water.
we traveled to Isfia, a Druze village. it was my idea. we order a lot of food.
Later, we sat in a confectionary and had more sweets.
I saw a handsome trainer on social media. He demonstrated exercising on a board and a roller.
he exposed his abs, biceps, and triceps. The point is that I should be more active, interested in exercising and movements, experience more exercises, and return to my 6 workouts a week routine.
