I bought pita bread (pitot). and it can be a substitute for the chocolate pasty in the morning.
that's it. tomorrow my circumstances are changing. I will not live alone with my dog for a while. Another friend, his dog, and his cat are joining us. If you follow me, the same friend from the past three summers that changed my eating habits. I ate more when I spent time with him because I ate when he was hungry too.
So, it might become more challenging but with Your help, I'll succeed in losing body fat even in the new circumstances.
