Lately I smoke less
What am I telling myself that helps me smoke less?
You are tired. Go to sleep. Be patient few more minutes and anyway you’ll be at school.
It makes the breath stink.
I didn’t eat ice cream today, although it was served.
Lately I walk the dog less
My sleeps are less good
I need to cook
I need to make a daily salad
This week that is ending, I went 2 to the gym and didn’t run.
21:07 I chose coffee almond milk and a small chocolate pastry
These are choices that I would like to change in the future.
For example natural juice, water, fasting
I was in an assembly for releasing the hostages
And heard a father of two sons who are being held hostages and it was hard to listen
Maybe because I’m used to escape into emotional eating I chose coffee
Maybe my partner wanted coffee and I join him
I remember that when I talked to the shopkeeper I considered choosing black tea or green tea.
Today morning I had a coffee and I think it damaged my concentration.
So, what can I do to change my habits?
I need to relax
My partner wants to travel abroad soon
So, he should lead this. Not me.
