I started to eat today at 10:00
I ate pita with eggplant mayo cucumber tofu red bell pepper olives,
a cookie, and green tea, and now it's 13:50
I'm going to spend more time out
I have fruit
I plan to go to the gym
maybe for less than 1 hour before the lessons or maybe I can make the lessons earlier and go for 1 hour after them.
in general, things are in control

sometimes it's easier not to start eating than to stop eating
